It is with great pride that we announce the official establishment of the Bailliage de Bulgarie of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, one of the world’s oldest and most respected international gastronomic associations. Even more significant, Dieci Boutique Restaurant has been selected as the official seat of the Bailliage de Bulgarie, placing our restaurant at the heart of a new chapter in the country’s culinary history.

More Than Seven Centuries of Gastronomic Tradition

Founded in 1248, La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs traces its origins to the medieval guild of royal goose roasters in France. Over the centuries, it has evolved into the world’s oldest international gastronomic society, now represented in more than 80 countries and bringing together over 25,000 members across the globe.

Its mission has remained remarkably consistent throughout its history: to preserve and promote the traditions of fine dining, culinary excellence, hospitality, fellowship, and the appreciation of food and wine.

Membership is reserved for individuals who share these values and is granted by recommendation or invitation, subject to approval under the Association’s international rules.
